If you’re wandering around the lively neighborhood of Gazi and craving a good souvlaki, Kandavlos is a great stop. It’s right by the Kerameikos metro, so super easy to find, and the vibe is exactly what you’d want in a souvlaki place—casual, clean, and welcoming, with staff who are quick and friendly.
The food really stands out for being fresh and flavorful. The meats are juicy, the pita is warm, and portions are generous without feeling over the top. What makes Kandavlos a little different from the usual grill joints is that they also cater to different tastes—you’ll find vegan-friendly options like vegan tzatziki, burgers, and salads alongside the traditional skewers and gyros.

Massive portions- half portion order is absolutely recommended, especially for kids. Yellow shirt with crocodiles photo is a half portion. Amazing food, great service. Great prices! So glad our taxi driver recommended this place.

Walked in randomly while looking for food and was blown away by the meat platter! Flavours are amazing and super value for money. Friendly, family-run hospitality.

We ate here three times as it was sooo good! Had the meat plate for two and it was soooo much food we could barely finish it. Also came back twice for pita and they were the best we had in greece. If you're in corinth you have to come here
2022: Perfect with good food and good prices. 2023: one year later still a must.

Best place for gyros and souvlaki in Corinth! Friendly and welcoming staff, lovely back garden, very very tasty food and generous portions. Definitely recommend!!
Best pita/souvlaki place in time. Generous portions with good quality meat. One of the best pork souvlaki we have ever eaten. Has outdoor seating on adjacent town square (perivolakia). If you don't know what to eat (and are not a vegetarian), go to Kandavlos. Btw, the place used to be downtown in the pedestrian zone and some of the photos are from back then.

The staff is very helpful and nice. The portion is big and very tasty! I can recommend the place without hesitation!

Nice place with good grilled food. We had athlete salad, gyros, souvlakia and a burger. All very good and value for money. Tip: go inside which is spacious with nice decor and air-conditioning....
You must try this place for souvlaki absolutely delicious I had chicken and it was the best I've had well done guys
